Visa Requirements

• Passport (actual passport, not a copy). Make sure it is signed.
• One completed application form, (click to DOWNLOAD) with your original signature. This form must be completed on your computer and you'll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6 or later to complete the form. Click here to download the reader. Also note that you must fill out every line on the form. Section 2.5, residences in China, refers to all hotels or any other residences you will use during your stay in China.
• 1 passport sized photo with a white background.
• For non-US passport holders - completed Supplemental Form V.2011B with original signature. All questions must have answers. (if not applicable enter NA)
• If you are not a U.S. citizen, a copy of your green card, both sides, or other documents allowing U.S. re-entry
• Letter from your employer with name and address of company being visited, type of business involved and stating employer will be financially responsible for you while there.
• A copy of your travel itinerary.
• Invitation from host with official government stamp. If you want a multi-entry visa, the invitation must state this.
• In addition to the host invitation listed above, an official Visa Notification Form to be obtained by your host in China (and written in Chinese) is required.
• The standard fee for a China Business visa is $299 (service in 7 or more working days) or $399 (service in less than 7 days.
